Hope to see a few Freaks out in NV for the Las Vegas FF. Boto's and I are arriving Thurs night and will be at the event all weekend. Weather could be a bit warmer but it should be a good time. I had a great time at the event last year. It is nice to see some of the west coast guys from time to time.

Sitting here in the Las Vegas airport, waiting for my flight. Ran into Eric and his brother, also waiting. Sure is nice to see familiar faces :D.
Overall, a very good funfly. Sat was a little chilly and windy, but most of the diehards flew anyway.
Matt and Eric represented helifreak and the Atl smackdown crew quite well, and of course MA. I don't think the western flyers knew what smackdown was, but they got an eyeful this weekend!!
Gary Travis was my gracious host for the weekend, and having Greg Alderman along made it a great weekend all around. There was a LOT of interest in the Turbines, even Dr. Tim showed up with his LM Oddysey (SP), and proved just what a smooth pilot he is with the 30 MPH gusts that were blowing on Sat.
I hope to get out of this airport soon, and will see you all at B'ham!!
