Stuck on Gyro setting..

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I am on the gyro setup screen:

Using SW-B to select Rates 1, 2, and 3

Rate 1 GY NOR 50% sw Up
Rate 2 GY AVCS 50% sw middle
Rate 3 GY AVCS 60% sw down

However when I put the switch down is still says OFF even though when in the switch setting it shows on. Why isn't the down position indicating an on
with a throw of "60"??? The Rate 2 position is selected.

I have checked everything.....just trying to figure out how to program my 14mz!

Make sure rates 1 or 2 switch positions aren't incorrectly set to also enable when switch is down.

At first I didn't understand what you were talking about but after thinking about it I went to the 3-pos sw setup screen and sure enough the middle pos called for ON for the middle AND down pos.

That fixed it when I corrected it. Can't believe I didn't see that earlier!
