14MZ setup for the Vario Lama turbine need help

Has anyone used the 14MZ to setup a Vario Lama turbine? The problem I am having is with the 45 degree off set. The swash is a 4 servo ccpm and is similar to the swash H4 except it is off set or phased at 45 degrees.IE the ELE is not at zero degrees it is located at 45 degrees, AIL is at 135 degree, ELE2 is at 225 degree and PIT is at 315 degree. Futaba does not show this type of swash in their set Model swash type. I know a MC24 radio can do the setup but I am have problems with the 45 off set or phasing using the 14MZ. If anyone could help with this it would be greatly appreciated.
