A Big thank you

I just wanted to send a big hello and thanks to all the Bergen Turbine team at Las Vegas. I have always heard how great the support from Bergen was, but until you experience it first hand, it's hard to believe. Gary, Greg, and Chris took a wet behind the ears turbine owner under their wings, and spent countless hours explaining, checking, and rechecking Ameer's new turbine, till the wee hours of the morning. Anyone who can put up with Ameer (TREE) for that long without loosing his mind is amazing, and deserves special recognition :D By far the best customer service I have ever seen. Thanks again guys, and hope to see you at a funfly soon!

It was a pleasure top meet and hang out you too, Carl. (or is that Eric? :lol: )

Carl did most of the build on Ameer's Turbine, other than a couple of minor little things, that took some headscratching to figure out, we programmed the ECU and "learned" the setup, she lifted up into the most beautiful hover you ever want to see!! Carl's mechanical setup was almost perfect as far as pitch and cyclic settings. Very little adjustment needed. Well done! :noteworthy

Sure wish I could have gone on that shopping spree, too! :D

and Bob...you should be saying that to me...Geez...I was the one that had to put up with CHRIS and GARY while I was out there...I mean....some times a hot poker in the eye would be easier to take! :rolling

at least Tina and Levi were there to sort of equal it all out...then again Levi and I are the about the same age... :WOW
