after owning one for 5 minutes and having the pinion gear spin off the motor i'm very dissapointed in this heli my mcx has flown twice a day for three weeks without a problem now i have to wait 7 to 10 for a new motor witch i hear burn out after a few flights is there any metal pinions for this little guy or even plastic ones i used to have awalkera 60 and it was a very fine heli i can't believe walkera went downhill this bad:thumbdown:

Wouldnt a small amount of CA glue on the plastic pinion to motor shaft fix the problem ?

pardon my stupidity but what is ca glue also the shaft spun crooked so the pinion is lopsided

CA glue is cyanoacrylate glue AKA super glue.

Sucks that your had a defect. Mine flew great for a long time.

too bad you had a rare problem, I've had multiple walkera helis and the quality is superb. Most of my problems are due to "pilot inexperience" :rolling
