What is the proper way to correct swash at top and bottom on 14mz, I only have problem with Ail that need some adjustment to make a perfect. I think that linkage compensation will help with that, I try play with that but I can’t get even to move any of my servos, any ides?

How do you level your swash at the top and bottom? Please step by step will be very nice as me and some others new buyers with 14mz may be able to use this info.

Thanks for proper input.

This is how I did it.

I used MA SWASH PLATE ALIGNMENT TOOL to level the swash plate.

Make sure that the Endpoint (ATV) is set to 100% on all servos and the limit is set to 155%. Make sure there is no sub trim on the servos.

Under LINKAGE MENU, select SERVO MONITOR. Chose NEUTRAL TEST and press TEST ON. Now the servos will be in the neutral position. Mount the servo wheels and drill holes exactly 90 degrees off so the bell crank is exactly 90 degree.

Now should the swash plate be level.

Go to SWASH menu and set the SWASH AFR so you get the desire throws on the swash. Then select SWASH DETAIL.

Place the collective stick at maximum pitch. Use the swash tool and see if the swash is level. If it's not, adjust the PIT to AIL until the swash sits level when looking from front or behind the helicopter. Then lower the collective to the bottom and do the same procedure here.

Place the collective stick at maximum pitch. Adjust PIT to ELE box until the swash sits level when looking from the side. Then lower the collective to the bottom and do the same procedure here.

I also used AIL to PIT, ELE to AIL and ELE to PIT to adjust the movement of the swash. Also some adjustments were made with Linkage Compensation.

I also got some uneven move of my servos, so I compensate it in SWASH MIX.

I did not adjust the END POINT or SUB TRIM on the servos.

This is how I did it. Would like to hear how other did this setup, since I'm pretty new to eCCPM.
