Change the washout pins on 0844 metal head.

How do you remove the washout pins on the metal head?
With a heat gun?

And what glue should I use when I mount the new ones?

They usually comes of quite easy, i use pliers and a little heat if nessesary.
I glue them in with loctite 603.
