Align 600 Nitro Extreme 3D swashplate binds on main rotor housing timing pins!

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has any ideas on my recent findings when trying to fit my new rotor head upgrade kit ( Align part number HN6074T ). I purchased one of the first UK 600 Nitro pro kits about a year ago, due to extensive flying i have worn out the original radius arms on my washout control arms. The upgrade kit has bearings instead of the original brass tube, metal washout control arms and the extreme 3D swashplate. However the new swashplate is approximately 2 mm taller than the original, there is a raised section around the bearing on the top which fails on the end of the pins. In order to avoid binding on these i have to stop short by approximately 3 mm of travel, leaving a 3 mm gap between the washout base and the main rotor housing. This results in a maximum pitch of +10 degrees and -12 degrees with very little clearance when giving full cyclic at full negative.
