DX7 setup for the TREX500

I'm still fairly new to world of R/C helicopters. I have built a TREX 500 and am in need of 'beginner' settings to program into a DX7 so I can start hovering and do some basic flying. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.:arggg:
