The 250

Going to jump forward in time to today, Lunch time

Had a great lunch, some roasted chicken and three packs with my 250, that brings the 250 to just about 240 flights! Man I am loving this little guy, it has power, it has flip rate, it tracks awesome and it stop like it hit a brick wall! Today I did 4 flights before work right next to Hangar two, the flights at lunch were some of my best flights yet, that is best in any class, below knee hieght inverted piros and loads of fast transitions,...

Blade CX£ Flyiing Left

I've had my Blade CX3 for two weeks with few problems until now! for reasons not obvious it flies to the left even with full right aileron. Other than replacing broken blades I haven't done anything. Any ideas how to put it right please

Heli Date 3.3.09

This being my first Blog, not just on Helifreak, but my first ever, I'll keep it short. My heli exposure began at a young age, my Dad had a plane and he kept it at the local airport, he moved it from FBO to FBO depending on who had pissed him off, or were the best fuel prices were, well he had moved it to a new location, and I was out helping him clean it one weekend, I had to go to the bathroom and he told me the bathrooms were in the back of this old kinda dilapidated looking hangar, it had a...

First Nose-In Hover

Flew five packs today and managed my first sustained nose in hover in real life. It felt like being right back at the beginning again when you get that rush when finally you know you control it rather than the other way round.

I am really happy.

Heli is running nicely and I am slowly getting it. Today was a good day!
