The servos align they are dangerous.
I will never buy again servos align.
Futaba, savox, mks these are good brands

spider88 the movement not is continuos but is a taps.
If feel the blade they have a sound.
This sound first did not feel.
In flight provoke dangerous vibrations.
With other servants this problem it doesn't happen

3Daddict1987 Those servos look just fine in that video

spider88 I rectify everything during setup all 3 servants they started to vibrate as if they do not find the central point.
Removed the capacitor when i give pitch this happens problem
the movement of the servant seems to jump

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/21Aj90hXYN4

After I mounted other servants Everything is ok.
In the past I burned another servant but i read that in reality did not support 8.4v and i entered one regulator tension at 7,4v and they worked until now

Not all, some servos have stall protection. Some newer Blue Bird servos for example have a "soft start" where they slowly move to the current commanded position on startup rather than instantly jump there and if they get stalled they sense this and stop.

It's actually not expensive to implement the servo just needs to sense the current spike and the delay in the feedback pot moving to the correct position and switch to an error condition. Even the less expensive Blue Bird servo lines are switching over to this feature.

Physically no but the firmware might be different. They might even work when swapped but the PID tuning could be different to optimize for the differing gear ratios (and possibly different KV motors)

3Daddict1987 im talking 10-20 flights every two weeks during the flying season in ny(8 months out of the yr) so do the math..ive beat on theses servos for yrs and have had 15+ crashes on one set...i then put that set in a new n556 2 years ago and they worked fine up unitl two weeks ago...as far as im concerned i got my moneys worth

i have two sets of these but the one that fail was serial # B1623 kit was a 700L top super combo bought on closeout from grand rc in 2019

spider88 my first align bl815h is burn after 3 times.
I for don't break the servo i on my model directly on site where i have to fly.
If electronic is on i never take my model for the blades .
Other people with electronic on move the model for the blades with servo on and does not break.
This servo not is all model defective i think only a series is defective.
If you is in this series you're screwed.
7 year not is many if you in one year flights max 10-20 times
There are servo after 30 year they work.
I have 2 old servo 27year and now they work.
However if the problem is servo jitter with a capacitor 1000uf the problem it should disappear

Tnjet I have hundreds of flights on Align 800 series servos without issue. Are they the best servo out there......probably not. Are they the worst servo out there......doubtful. Mine have been fine.

All electronics fail. One of the quickest ways to kill an Align or any servo for that matter, is to leave the blades tied back in storage position and fire up the ESC/FBL while you "set-up" or check your heli. Don't do this. Any servo will overheat in this situation and fail. Treat your servos as precious.

My guess would be, it's a feel good thing.

mikehunt Flying 2 sets of these, one set with numbers and one set without numbers.

Many, many flights on both sets. One set on brain, one set on vbar.

No problems at all with either set at any voltage up to 8.4v.

I like the servos.

Xfreak3D i bought a set that was on sale on LHS... after 200 flights on logo550sx still going tough.. its a one without serial number
12-08-2017 12:25 PM
buell47 These Servos without a Batch number itself are the Problem, not the combination with a specific FBL Controller.
