HAV Me three.... It's still my favorite all time heli.
That said, I haven't flown the 380. Soon maybe, but really don't want to go smaller.
Wanna wait till the announcement of the rumored new machine to make a decision.Figure the fact that it hasn't been denied means that it exists. HAV

I think they will phase out the 500 pretty soon and replace it with a new model.
I don't that being a problem though. Parts are easy to get and prices are reasonable too. I doubt MSH will stop supporting it with parts. The Protos mini is not available new anymore as far as I know but you can get parts for it too. I plan to keep my 500 until I crash it so bad that it is not viable to fix it anymore.Considering parts cost that ain't gonna happen until the Motor and ESC dies in a crash. The kit can be fixed for reasonable money even if it is a rekit.

MolokaiBoy I hope parts are still available. I have not flown in a long time and I was just going to start flying again. I do not even know what's the newest information or products out there hahaha.

There was no mention I made of it being just like the real one. It just made me want try it on there. Geez. Many of the helis in the sims need tweaking to fly near the real thing.

Piranhafreak, they are still available as a combo at MSH USA. They also carry a full host of parts. The combo includes a Brain, but that is easily sellable here on HF if you don't need it.

whats going on with the protos 500 is it dead? you can no longer buy kits and there is no talk about a new model or anything ? I need a 473mm bladed to fly
