Depends on the model and tail setup. My blade 450, trex 550 FBL and trex 600n stay trimmed. Some small heli's lose yaw trim as the battery voltage drops. As a rule of them larger heli's should retain trim every flight unless something mechanical or electrical is changed.

dfgipe Well Cruzer50, mine stay pretty well trimmed unless I've planted it.About the only thing I usually need to do is a couple clicks on the tail.
