I was tracking down some play in the blade grips and it turns out the mixing arms are sliding along their bolt about half a millimeter. That's just enough to translate into quite a bit of wiggling at the rotors. I checked and the spacer washers are in there between the arms and the main seesaw hub. The bolts are only threaded halfway, so I can't tighten them up any further.
Anyone else have this problem? I'm thinking about adding a second washer. |

Yes I had this so I turned my bushes down about 0.2mm in a small lathe - just doing a bit at a time. Not sure how you could do this without a lathe..
This was on an SE Perhaps you could but the bush in a drill and spin against a piece of wet n dry?? |
