Recommended pinion size

Hi, what would be the best size pinion size? I am a beginner and will be running Zippy flightmax 2650 in series.

In your case I would start using the new smaller pinions, instead of the stock 15T pinion.
14T or even 13T.
This way the headspeed is lower, the ESC more efficient, and making the controls less sensitive.
