Question NOOB Needing FBL advice (SK720, VBAR, BeastX???)

I'm a real NOOB that still has that new noob smell! Just bought (in transit) a 4 month old T600ESP FB (6S) and want to be prepared when it arrives. I have been reading LOADS on here and I'm a little lost on which FBL to get. Seems this forum gets most mileage on BeastX or VBAR.... but when I read specs I think Skookum (SK720) looks best. The SK is just a bit more $ than the VBAR (full size pro) but seems to be more bang for the buck and more capable. I have the threads relating to the Skookum, VBAR, BeastX survey but they all seem to end up being VBAR vs BeastX. There must be something I am not understanding.... ANY help and advice would be appreciated.

I would guess there are just more people using the Vbar and BeastX so you have more discussions on it. I only have the Vbar and have not tried others but from everything I've read it seems any of the three (Vbar, BX, SK720) will make you happy. You just have to decide what you want out of one and how much you want to spend.

Cant go go wrong with either choice. All of the 3 are great. Difference is in the features and price.

All three would be great. One advantage (for some) is the vbar doesn't need a separate receiver but can use just two spektrum satellites (if you fly spektrum) so it saves a lot of room and wires!

I read that... but... I "think" I want telemetry and I know you can't bind the telemetry tx to the satelites.... so I would need the receiver anyway.... (notice the "think"... like I said... I'm a NOOB!)

Telemetry works fine with any FBL system since that's a separate unit.... the TM1000 module.
