align governor help

using the align governor on my 600 le,,motor is a ys56 pumped and radio is an aurora 9,,now im no 3d pilot but can loopp and roll and just learning inverted,,no the a9 radio has a dedicated governor menu which is fairly simple to use ,,goes in % from 0-110 so when i set my idle up2 i set the governor to 94% as i thought this would give me a real good head speed but at 94% its allways flown nive with fast flips and rolls but its never sounded like its revving like i expected so i dissabled the governor in idle 2 and put a flat throttle curve in the radio at 60%,,got the heli in the air put it into idle 1 with the governor set at 88% proceded to idle 2 and nearly filled my trousers as the ys really started to sing to what sounded like twice the revs as when using the governor set to 94% so could any 1 explain why 94% on my governor menu is just about hitting half throttle as im totaly baffled

simple, dont use the align gov, they are not woth the headache.

This is the electrics forum.
The YS56 is a nitro engine.

That being said, it is true that the governors on Align ESC are not well liked.
I can't speak for nitro governors.
