January 12 You replied with it still for sale.
January 14 We agreed to an offer, I sent payment within an hour.
January 14 You had some confusion over my status as a Canadian using a US post office.
January 15 Confusion resolved, "Hopefully I'll ship tomorrow." I said, "No hurry"
January 16 PM'd you an inquiry. Saw you log in, no response.
January 18 PM'd you another inquiry. Saw you log in and 'Viewing PM's" No Response.
January 19 The standard "Family Emergency" Line. Fine, benefit of the doubt.
January 20 Apparently you're at the Post Office PMing from your phone.
January 21 You didn't ship at the PO yesterday, message saying shipped today? With this fully (un)functional tracking number?

Now you're gone? I know the PM's are Tapatalking to the Droid in your pocket. Please prove that you're more than a common thief. If I don't see a functioning tracking number or PP refund by Wed, expect to see a CC charge reversal and PP dispute.

Make this right.

I hope you get this worked out. I am sick of the scams going around... as I am sure you and everyone else is as well...

11 days and not the correct response and you think you that "maybe" you are being scammed?
Perhaps it is because I am from the Northeast and we are not so "nice" up here.
I would give him an hour. No response? put the claim in with pp and cc.
Then (please) pound in a negative feedback. Help protect the rest of the community from scammers like this.

Jclifford, I have to give people an opportunity at least to be honest. Perhaps there is a reasonable explanation. Two days won't cost me anything but I will warn future buyers.

Well he was slow to ship but it looks like it's on the way according to the tracking number you posted.
