Default XXtreme head set up question

Set up the head with the link measurements exactly as per instructions but they are way out.

With servos centred the pitch is way off. Before I start messing with the links what values have you got and did you find the measurements way off?

Yeah, that's the way you have to do it, different servos has the shaft at different levels etc.
I had to adjust mine 1 mm or so.
