Default Dead duck for now

no luck, just goes to hard piro sitting on the pad [hard smooth] even at low revs so i can't even test it in the air. Rudd seems to overreact to any movement of heli. Seems steady when skids are held by carpet or mud
Set up wasn't so bad , no issues of servos moving unaccountably as others have reported [ except tail].

Seems like you have the sensor direction backward/upsidedown.

Post settings and pics and we can help.

I'm inclined to agree, but here is my post from the main board; Maybe i will try something counterintuitve.

Checked servo direction , fwd w/ R stick
servo sensing direction , turn heli L , arm moves slider L, t blade pitch moves heli R
tail geometry, set-up, same as working B400

linear pitch curve, problem seems independent of throttle position.

Thinking the throttle jumps up too. Thinking defect.

just did some experiments with the tail , ceramic bearings , new shaft , balanced kdbb blades [down to .001 gms] , microheli grips , still quite a vibe. Switched to stock grips , less vibe , no diff.
Also testing without mains a little calmer [for me] found it jumps on any rudd imput [ in that direction Lor R] even at low speed ,no throttle change.

tried setting Trav adj. to 20 both ways, no diff. hit nitro choice by mistake had to go through setup again. no diff.

Vibe setting on 2 , i'll take the micro grips apart , may be some tiny play.

What about servo freq. / pulse ? HG 5084 set 333/15xx , only ref. I could find. It sits there chattering though.

Did some more testing, tail boom was untight, but same deal, just seems really unstable. I tried watching it closely trying to keep it centered but it just jumps hard. What it should do whilst still on the ground , i think is respond to the stick with a bit of movement, which I could correct, as it's not my intention to piro it sitting,.

Nose goes left, tail slider should go left. Alternatively if your referencing the tail, if the tail goes right, tail slider should go left.

Is it belt drive heli? tail is spinning anticlockwise? i.e. belt turned the wrong way? belt slipping?

make sure you dont have any trim (tx) on the rudder..
