Lama brushless "out of controll"

Hi people. Need some help. I modded the Lama to brushless setup, frame; basically everything I could change I did. I am running the 4in1 from the v4 setup since my v3 recevier burned out on me. Anyway, my problem is that the minute you give it a touch of elevator input it wants to go to the moon. I have no real control for smooth take off. It also just wants to spin violently round and round. I cant get it to trim at all. Does anyone know what i could do to set this thing up right.

I am kinda regreting modding it. It flew really nicely the way it was and for what it is. Any help would be awesome.
