Below are links to two (2) surveys that were created by one of our forum members, Eyal Stein.

Interesting survey. Definitely caused me to be more introspective regarding my life and the hobby. Would also like to see results.

couldn't get passed the first page. it was all about "clubs" and I have zero experience with clubs, thus there are no appropriate answer for me to give.

I generally like to know the research question(s) of anything I participate in.

Is this a wide cross sectional trawl for data or are you hoping to make some inferences that you hope to generalize?

Interesting that there are divisions already being made prior to recruitment. Should you not recruit and then upon successfully obtaining a consenting subject for the survey, then let the instrument take it from thereon in terms of stratification into various groups etc?
