From the original box my BnF came in.
I hated having to take the heli in it's box, and also having to find a safe way to take along my Tx (since I use the LP5DSM it doesn't fit in the bnf box) and charger/power supply. With some good old guess & check measuring and cutting I was able to modify my original box to hold: Heli (with tail boom braces) Tx (LP5DSM) Charger (same size as Acucell 6) Power supply The box already had spots for 4 batteries and the top of the lid nicely holds a couple spare tail booms and small bag of misc. parts, along with the manual. nice.. Good work!
I've been thinking about going to Harbor Freight and getting one of their metal boxes and cutting my own foam, but this is a great solution! |

I would love to do that but this was a cheap, if not slightly less elegant, solution.
