New Tail holders Design

I ordered replacement tail steering set for M120D01 and holes were too big to fit over tail blade grips. It turns out Walkera has re-design tail blade holders, steering set, tail rocker and servo rod to larger links. (As per Rick from Clubheli).

Keep this mind when you are replacing and buying new tail parts for your M120d01. I am in process to find out which part I need to get it going. Maybe I have to buy new tail blade grips

Wonder if I can use the V120d02s tail blade grips?

Quick answer: you have to buy the whole tail assembly, except for the shaft and blades themselves (I think)

Long answer: If you're ever wondering,"can i buy a [D02S part] and use it on my [4G6/M120/etc] in order to improve it?", the answer is always no, unless it's the canopy, skids, or blades really.

The D02S shares the mechanical design of the other helis but every single part is thicker and stronger. In other words, no single part fits with the smaller parts of the older helis. If you want to use D02S parts, it's all or nothing, down to the main frame even.

Ok Whole tail assembly.
- V120d02s Tail blade grips
- V120d02s Step bearings set for tail blade grips
- V120d02s tail rocker ( not sure if I need this one).

Is this it? I will still use the old M120d01 tail shaft.

you'll indeed need the tail rocker. you'll also need the tail pitch slider. All these parts interconnect and have larger size connectors than the M120's
