E550 on A123

Can anyone give me any advice on A123 setup for my E550 has a Plettenberg orbit 25-8 motor fitted wood blades.
How many cells would I need for sport/scale flying no 3D and flight duration I could expect.

I run 10s1p on a Scorpion 4025-740 and get about 7-7.5 minutes hovering and 8's w/Carbon 550's
Next season I'll be running 12s at same head speed (2050) and expect a couple more minutes flight time.
