Please Help: Cyclic Issues

I have having trouble setting up a DX8 for my 250 SE.

I can’t get the servo reversing right. Previously I had a DX6i. I only reversed the Aileron servo and had a swash mix of Ail -50, Ele +50 and Pitch -50. All was well

On the new radio I only had to reverse the Pitch servo to get the collective moving the right way but, the cyclic is doing the opposite. Move the stick forward and the swash tilts back and move it back and swash tilts forward. I am using the same swash mix as above.

Please help I am pulling my hair out!!
