Unhappy probleme with my tx 2402

I, i have a transmitter walkera 2402 with a cb 180 d and when i open my tx, the trim rudder go all on the left i can stop with button trim, but when release is go to the left trim, i open my tx case and i remove the plug to the trim button and not change the trim rudder go to the left what happend ty Mike

You figure out your TX yet? Sounds like a broken switch. Let me know.
