Hey all, having trouble deciding what to do with the tail motor on the mcpx again. I've done the extended boom mod and it still blew out bad. Next, I upgraded to the 120 sr wires to get better current to the motor. Now, the stupid motor wires broke off flush with the end cap so I can't service them and the motor is shot. What should I do now? I dont really want to get into the double motor mod and I'm not wanting to go to a brushless main right now either. Kinda just want to plug and play for cheap without the dumb tail blow outs. Should I buy another stock motor and just keep the original wires or should I try a 120 SR tail motor with the brushed main? Need ideas by tomorrow afternoon so I can go buy my parts and get this thing in the air again. Thanks a bunch!
