My tail boom is gone. I have a new boom but cannot do the replacement myself, as I am all thumbs with soldering. took everything apart before I reallized the there is no place to disconnect wiring from the three prong plug at the heli end, to the wiring in the tail and now I cannot put it back together. I really like the heli, but am not good with repairs that require soldering. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hey Birdmanpa, take a look in this thread. It has techniques on soldering and alternate tail boom fix.
Hope this helps!

John,
I just got back on line and saw your response and the mid you did on the CB. It is quite impressive, but I believe beyond my expertise at this time. thank you very much for all the information and suggestions. I finally got my tail motor wires soldered by an old hi-fi tech I know and am back flying. If you ever decide to do those mods for other people, let me know and my CB100 will be in the mail. Jerry |
