Raquel Bellot & the Spinblades Team

So I am reading the latest RC Heli Pilot mag and find out that the Spinblades team met up in Chicago on the way to IRCHA and ended up hanging out at a flying field where we are club members about 1/2 hour away from my house. That would have been so cool to have been there when they were, but of course I wasn't. I guess timing is everything! Maybe they will stop by again next year???

Omg that would have been so awesome. They can stop by PCMA in Paulding county GA anytime as long as I am there

Sucks about the timing. I would have been like are you serious of all time I am at the field one time I ain't then someone awesome comes lol

I''d like to comment on Raquel...My father, brother, my son and I all attended IRCHA last summer. We went to the center stage area at noon to watch the "One" Competition. We wound up sitting the back of an unattended golf cart. A few minutes later, Raquel walked up and grabbed something from the cart. We apologized for sitting on her cart. She said it was nothing at all, and not to get up. She was so polite and personable. I was really impressed with her. A very classy person. Obviously, her flying is excellent, but she's just a great lady.
