Default Atom re-building the kit but FB

I thought about this for a while now and I decide to go back to FB & paddles.
Personnally I prefer the FB look, sure more parts, a bit more expensive to fix, may take longer to set up, but what the heck I love those paddles.
Not much overall experience in this hobby but I consider myself old school when it comes to FB vs FBL.
So there, i'm out of the closet about this. Hope some of you "old guys" still remember how these things work.

but up to now, things are good, thank you.

Box load of parts is in the mail, thanks to Tim, of course.

If you need any more spares, I have some mixer arms, maybe some other parts, and a complete FB head.

I wouldn't mind social media so much if it didn't involve people.

Vid !!! don't make me laugh, it hurts when I laugh.
Just can't get You Tube to work for me.

No did not get the MB in the air, need a can & shaft for that. I can always throw the heli up in the air or on the wall, but I don't do that anymore, I just walk away and get a FB head & paddles instead. lol

It was set up properly, I think.
Purple on point J, all the other colours were set as desired. Dave K. gave me a trick or two to set the blades at 0 pitch.
And then I didn't want it anymore, I missed the links, the paddles and the fly-bar to set my pitch by.
FB head, come to papa.

I definitely held the same mentality for a while about FB's. I still really like them and don't mind working on them myself (easier because it's like doing it in my sleep). But ironically I have pretty much nothing but FBL anymore (especially with the big box of parts I just sent off! Enjoy Sly!!!).

Yup me too
Just sold off my last 3 FB machines, actually to fund my FBL Atom500.
To me FBL is just more fun and cheaper to fix.
