Recommnened setup for HW 100 Pro with Scorp 4025-1100

Been setting up my 100A Pro for my 4025. I have left the timing at 15 degrees for now, think I can go higher, say 18? Not sure about the PWM - have it at 8 now - anyone with experience using this setup?

Bump - any ideas guys?

I'm worried about the PWM at 8; Scorpion timing on their site says 5 degrees. Don't want the ESC burning up. Am thinking of using Softest start, 15 degree timing and 12khz drive.

I only managed one very short flight with this combo - HW 100A Pro + Scorp 4025-1100. The ESC was about 65 degrees C while in normal mode, hovering around. Is this right, it feels a lot hotter than my Align 70A ESC was with the same motor. Big difference is this was running at a lower % throttle as it was hovering in normal. I used to run the Align ESC at 100% all the time so it wouldn't break.

Thoughts?

I would change the PWM to 12khz regardless of which scorpion motor i have found that it applies to all of them when using a hobbywing esc. as for timing 15 is perfect, atleast in my applications, its the low timing you gotta be careful of. as far as higher timing im not quite sure. Mr. Mel informed me that 8pwm does NOT work well at all with hobbywing.

I end up with PWM of 12 and timing of 11.25. The motor and ESC are running warm, but not at all hot. Performance is great and packs are not taking a beating, so I am happy.
