King 3 collective is backwards?

My buddy has a honeybee king three I'm trying to help him with. We got the servos set up and moving correct direction except for the pitch moves negative when the throttle stick is push up. Any ideas ?

what radio are you using? and you say the pitch is backwards...at the grips or at the swash?

It's a dx8 we put an orange 6 channel rx in it and when you slide the throttle stick up the pitch goes negative it's complete opposite. I know nothing about this thing I'm new to helis anyway and all my experience is with align and blade.

When he comes back over I'll shoot a video. It's wired all the servos function correctly until you throttle up.

This should be easy to fix. Go to the swash mix in the transmitter and make the Pitch entry in swash mix negative (if it is positive now, or positive if it is negative now) and all will be good, This will only change the collective. Aileron and elevator will remain as is. Of course you can also switch and adjust them in the swash mix menu.
