I am completely new to helicopters, and I am having a lot of trouble getting my 100X to get into a steady hover. I want to be able to hover it hands free, and maybe even fly it indoors with our fear of it taking off into a wall. I think that my problem might be that I need to adjust the linkage rod things so that the swash plate levels out. Every time I get it into the air I feel like i'm fighting the heli in order to hover it in place, and yesterday took a nice dive into the ground breaking the flybar.
![]() I know that part of my problem is my lack of skills, but I think if I could set this thing up right then it wouldn't be such a struggle. I can fly the sim heli without too many crashes, so I think my issue is mainly the setup. Does anyone have advice? Pictures? Anything that might help me? ![]() |
