Default Clutch bearing replacement questions

Anyone ever replace the one way bearing in a Trex 600 clutch, or any other clutch for that matter? If yes, is the bearing a press fit? I ask because I pulled the clutch recently and I could push the one way bearing out with my finger. This is a new clutch, one flight.

I went to start the motor for the second flight and that's when the bearing broke loose in the clutch. I could see that red loctite was used, but I'm guessing since it was a loose fit that the red loctite couldn't hold??

1) The torque on that bearing is only a few foot pounds. A Sullivan Dynatron on 24 volts is only about 3.5 ft-lbs.

2) None of Align's bearings are a press fit. They are all put in with some Loctite equivalent. Depending on how hot your clutch gets, Loctite 680 bearing stuff for slip fits is perfect. It is the same green stuff in the bottle that comes with the kit.

3) It only works with slip fits. That's a finger press fit. It won't work if the bearing just drops through.

Thanks....The bearing falls out with a tap of my finger. Probably why the Align loctite didn't hold. I suppose I could use something thicker like JB Weld. Only issue with that is when the bearing needs to be replaced I'll have to replace the whole clutch.
