The canopy standoff for my ex seven the carbon fiber ones are creating a hole in the canopy so they need to be cut at more of an angle If it hasn't happened two yours yet avoid the problem and file them down at an angle.

I just noticed that with mine a few days ago. I sanded them down a little taking off the point and making a curve. All good now.

I've always put a bit of slit fuel tube or heat shrink over the ends to make it a bit softer.
Will adjust the angle now too Vas

Round them off, and if you really want to get fancy do the fuel tubing trick too.
