I thanked him for the offer but mail takes 2 weeks to get to canada. Rcflightstore.com has a set , so i'm just going to buy a set. Takes about 2 days for me.

Started building my XXtreme today, it is a second batch kit.

This kit also came with the 3-.5mm and 1- 1mm shims in the bag.

Must be just a picking issue with Mikado,looks like I'll be visiting the Ready Heli site.

I bought the extra shim kit for mine.
The 2mm stack between the gears works well ( 1x1 2x.5 )

Then on the bottom i used a total of 2.5mm worth of shims and it works out well.

If you lift up and down on the gear it will pop a bit , darn hard to see it doing that but i can feel it moving that slight bit. Perfect fit for me as any pressure on the lower bushing isn't good.

Hope mikado makes lots of the shim kits , looks like the 3x.5 and 1x1 is a popular choice.
