Default Bullets for ESC > Motor

Just wondering what size bullets people are using on 700 size 10 kW motors, 4525 LE, Xera 4530?

I have been using 5.5mm castle but thinking overkill as 4mm usually comes with the motor. I know I like the solid ones without the thin splines as more contact area.

Thoughts?
