Vbar Gov Head Speed Control

I have 2 600 machine. Both use Vbar governor with hobbywing ESC and Hyperion sensor.
The Vbar governor works just fine.
The only problem is that Vbar gives me different headspeed every single flight.
It seems that Vbar have different rpm in each flight, depending on the battery capability.
Although the headspeed is only a little different, I can feel it.
BTW, once the rpm is determined in the beginning of taking off, I have same rpm all the flight.
The different only occures when changing the battery.
I wonder if anyone have noticed this.
And is there any upgrated from Mikado that Vbar can have remember the rpm like the Kontronik mode 11?

Sorry but your post does not make sense.

If you have proper gearing it will be EXACT same headspeed each flight, it does not need to remember.
That is if your requested RPM is the same and if there is headroom to hold it.

Post your Event log.

What information can I get from the event log about rpm?
I check my event log on both my heli, there is nothing about rpm.
I have healthy message for several 10 secs...

My 600E Pro gearing : 13/112T, Align 510KV 600MX motor with 12S setup
My logo 600 gearing : 11/106T, Align 530KV 700MX motor with 12S setup
I believe that both heli have proper gear ratio and have headroom for gov.
But I do feel the rpm differs from each flight.
Good thing is that the gov holds very well during one flight, from the begginning to the end.
