The extreme canopy is not too bad. Thicker material, but less of it. The skids are heavy though. How about a BL conversion? I have seen a mSRX on here somewhere with a C05m. It would be lighter than the brushed mcpx motor, spool up and down smooth, last a long time and have LOTS of power in the mSRX. A HP03s would probably work great also.

Yeah either BL or I might try to get a mCPX stock motor to fit into the RKH frame.

The only thing that worried me about the stock mcpx motor is all the weight on one side due to the offset motor location. The c05 is about 4.5g and the ESC .7g to 1.5g (xp3 flashed or 10a oversky) I think the mcpx motor is 8-9g or so. Not saying it wont work, should have more than enough power. But it may feel funny due to the weight distribution. Worth a try though as you can use the mount later for brushless
