There is a new version of the torque tube.... Outrage changed it last year.

The original is no longer available. For the new one you will need to buy the new splines too. I don't remember exactly what they changed but I believe it was the inner diameter of the torque tube. To make it better.

Thank Slyster

First, I will try to reduce size of splines by sandpaper first.

I've done that. You need a metal file to take off the materials from the splines. The original tube has a thin lip which is a weak point because mine was torn up at the screw holes after a while.

be careful cause if its off center you can cause some BAD tail vibrations. prob easier to just buy the correct ones.

Like stated be carefull. New part is better.

You could try chucking the part in a drill and sand it lightly. Go bit by bit and make sure you sand evenly along the part you are trying to reduce and also that the part is centered in the drill. A fine file might be easier to get it done.
