what size blades for 3-d

looking to get another set of blades and I have been running align 520 and never had a set of 550 on my
heli is it easier with 550 and better doing 3-d ?? thanks for any comments

550 provides more pop and higher speed in FFF (?) but it will be a little slower to flip around. And it requires more in form of power. Generally I like 550 better but for hard smack I prefer 520. Maybe a good compromise could be 530 blades!?
