I have a 4525 520 ultimate,
Today i noticed one of the grub screws has some silver looking steel lodged inside one of the grub screws, meaning i can't get my hex key in there, Its the most important grub screw out of the 3 since the other 2 are on the smooth part of the shaft. Ive tried drilling the silver part out but its extremely hard Heating the outside and cooling the silver part (couldn't heat around it properly though. Its been through 15 flights, and it hasn't come out yet. Anyone got any advice? Im worried if it comes out in flight it won't get flung out instead fall into the windings. |

Can you take a pic to show it, got a macro function too?
Have you tried a star drive or something similar?

Its the object is blocking any screw drivers from going in,
I have superglue'd it for now, no issues in over 40 flights, I just hope i dont bend the shaft |
