t250se 3 blade tail

hi all having just sorted a 3 blade tail for my cx450pro ,i got a motor spindle and made a longer tail shaft to get more even pitch ,i have decided to do the same on my 250se. i cant locate a suitable tail shaft ( 5mm longer than stock) the tail is a wakera 4f200 ,it fits the 250se tail shaft but at full right rudder (tail in) ive got 1% pitch and 15% the other way . any ideas ???..(i went through my spares box and found enough parts to build a 250)

ive used the waklera tail pitch slider with a align ball and removed all slop on the linkage(walkera hm-4f200-z-30) the align brass bushing fits as well
