Hi there
I friend gave me a rx pack for powering FBL units during setup. It has 4x Turnigy 2200mah AA battieres in it. The Rx pack has a servo lead off it and I have a charger with a servo adapter. I've never charged nimh batteries before, only lipo's, Is anyone able to give me a quick charge rate they could suggest for 4 x these batteries ? http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...y_to_use_.html Btw I have a standard 50 watt balance charger with standard firmware from most of those chargers. Thanks for the help, |

Absolute maximum 2.2A, but i would go with 1.1A for longevity. Unlike LiPos NiMH do not handle fast charge rates at all well.

I always thought the correct charge rate for NiMH were 1/10C.

So yeah if using a dumb charger 1/10C is where you want to be (like in a TX) but a smart charger can go faster since it wont overcharge the cells.
