Is anyone using washers with the main blade screws? I do not mean spacers for the blades. I mean washers that would sit outside the blade grips that would protect the blade grips when the screw is tightened. My blade grips have circular marks from the screw, and I am wondering if properly sized washers may be a good idea. Any detrimental consequences from using washers in this application?
