Normal?

I have been flying the mini outside as often as I can. Is it normal to get tail wag when it is windy? It seems as though it wags back and forth the more wind there is. I don't notice it indoors unless I am sport flying side to side with pretty aggressive banks.

I've noticed the same thing with mine as well.

I don't know if it is 'normal' though because I am anything but normal.
