I got this motor brand spanking new. It was to go in my Goblin 700. The problem is, I just cut the shaft before dry-fitting it and I cut it too short.
So, it was installed, had the shaft cut (see pics) and I soldered the male Castle Creations 6.5mm bullets on her.
So, if anyone wants a brand new Quantum motor, PM me! It is not to be installed on any Goblin 700's belt pulleys. A pinion gear will fit absolutely perfectly however!!!
The Scorpion HKIII shafts are verified to fit the Quantums so, shaft replacement is an option.

I'm closing this thread. I've pressed out the original mainshaft w/ a 1/2ton arbor press and have just ordered a new main shaft right now.

The sale will be back up as soon as this shaft comes in the mail (Scorpion HKIII 4035 shaft...direct fit FYI.)
If interested in a brand new Quantum motor w/ a brand new pressed shaft for the middle of next week (5/30-ish), then PM me.

Reason for selling? I had NO CLUE there were replacement mainshafts for this motor. I was so angry when I cut the motors shaft too short that I just ordered another, same exact motor when it happened.
