fusion 50 ?

Hey there gang I was looking at a T#@x 550v2 when I stumbled apon the FUSION 50E I saw that a guy was running 550mm blades and 1 6s battery.

I was wondering about running that setup. IF there would be enough power and lift to run 2 6s batteries dubling the the capsaity and giveing much improved flight time ?

is this a bad idea ? My 450p is Ssssoooooooo Small and twitchy.I have hover down and begining to work on fwd flight.Thinking about a larger heli.

How long of flight time you want? I have a 6s setup that was test flown this past weekend. I got 6.5 min flight at 1850 with a lot of full pitch climbs. Probably could've went 8 mins. That was with a scorpion 4025-1100kv. I heard the Nue 1400kv motor is more efficient.

Or just run a 12s 550.

I can't say how 2 6s will fly but IMO the fusion flys 10 times better than my 450.
Mine is 12s with 603mm main blades. I get 7 min flight times and my 3800 mAh packs come down at 3.8v per cell.

That video was my Fusion on 6s.. and it was great! I was getting 5-6 mins running a 6s5000mah pack. But I don't think it would work using 2 6s5000mah packs if that's what you meant. I know run it as 12s (two 4000's) just to get more flight time.. I get 7.5 mins... but really the 6s was fine for my flight style.. but I just wanted a 12s machine.
