Cc gov headspeed.

I have found I can successfully govern my headspeed as high as 2400 on my cc ice 100.
Recently I began playing with gov high, instead of set rpm. So I could adjust hs without my pc.
I just downloaded my logs and to my surprise I've been running 2400 governed at around 96% throttle out.
My throttle curve is set at 44% I believe.
I knew it seemed a little faster than the set 2250 I had before, so I figured whatever I had it set out was just outputting 100% throttle. It was actually keeping very close to 2400 +- 30 with spikes of 2450.
I'm not sure if this would be possible with "real 3d" as I was practicing flips and really weak rainbows.
